Key Facts Statements:-

From the 14th January 2005 new regulations come into force regarding the sale and regulation of general insurance. General Insurance will now be regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), in accordance with the Financial Services Markets Act 2000.

This requires us, and our insurers, to provide you with certain information. We have to supply you with regulatory information, as shown on the ‘Key Facts’ statements below,

· A description of the type of insurance contract and the cover you have
· The significant features and benefits of the policy
· Your cancellation rights
· The duration of the policy
· How to make a claim
· The complaints procedure
